My property in Prescott Valley, AZ had been on the market for 3 months with an agent who did nothing for me but send comps in the area. Not once did she suggest holding an open house. I wanted to list my home in April 2013, but followed her "professional" advice when she said it would be best to wait until July. I needed to close an escrow by the end of October, so at the suggestion of a friend, I called Dena Plane to inquire if she would be willing to list my home.
Dena & Dave visited me the next day; after listening to their very impressive marketing plan, I signed a listing agreement. They made arrangements for their professional photographer to visit my home a few days later; the photographs he took were immediately posted on the Plane's virtual reality home tour, and my home sold in two days.
